About Panel Alderway

We help organisations introduce password standards people understand — and keep — after launch week.

Official name and history

Panel Alderway (Pty) Ltd is the registered business name. The practice was established in 2018 in Orlando, Gauteng, after years of watching password memos land in inboxes and die there.

Early work began as short staff briefings for neighbouring warehouses and offices that needed clearer rules than “make it longer.” Over time, clients asked for full password policy rollout plans — draft language, manager clinics, and presence when exceptions surfaced on the floor.

Today we stay deliberately narrow: password policy rollout and staff guidance. That focus keeps advice concrete for HR, operations, and IT support teams who share responsibility for access habits.

How we work with clients

We write in plain language, schedule around shift patterns, and leave managers with talking points they can use without a security glossary.

Values that show up in the work

  • Respect for people who already juggle shared devices and urgent deadlines.
  • Honesty about what a password policy can and cannot fix on its own.
  • Documents short enough to be read before the coffee cools.
  • Local presence in Gauteng when launch week needs a human in the room.
