Terms of engagement

These terms govern use of the website panel-alderway.click and engagements with Panel Alderway (Pty) Ltd (“we”, “us”) for password policy rollout and staff guidance services.

Acceptance

By browsing this site or confirming a written engagement, you accept these terms. If you engage on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation.

Services

Descriptions on this site are informational. A separate quotation or statement of work defines scope, fees, timelines, and deliverables for each engagement. We do not provide legal advice, software licensing, or payment processing through this website.

Intellectual property

Website content, templates, and materials we create remain our intellectual property until fees for that engagement are paid in full, after which client-specific policy wording and briefing packs transfer to the client for internal use. You may not resell our materials or republish them as a public course without written consent.

Client responsibilities

Clients provide accurate information about systems, staff counts, and existing policies; arrange access for interviews and sessions; and obtain any internal approvals required before publication of a password standard.

Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, our liability for any engagement is limited to fees paid for that engagement in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost productivity arising from password lockouts outside the agreed launch support window. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Courts of Gauteng have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
