The rollout path

A practical sequence we use when organisations introduce a password standard without freezing day-one operations.

Built for password policy change

This path pairs written rules with staff guidance. It is the backbone of our flagship Password Policy Rollout and can be shortened for gap reviews or expanded with extra guidance cohorts.

Open the flagship engagement
  1. Listen first. Interview HR, IT support, and two line managers. Map shared devices, guest access, and known sticky-note habits.
  2. Draft for reading aloud. Produce policy language short enough to explain in a standup. Circulate for internal review before any system change.
  3. Brief the people who will be asked. Run manager clinics, then staff guidance sessions timed to shifts.
  4. Launch with a human present. Keep a quiet hour each morning of week one for exceptions and lockouts.
  5. Check after two weeks. Close expired exceptions, note lingering confusion, and hand over a final checklist.
