Why we process data

We process information to respond to enquiries, deliver password policy rollout and staff guidance services, maintain business records, and improve site reliability. Legal bases include contract performance, legitimate interests in operating a professional practice, and consent where required for non-essential cookies.

Retention

Enquiry messages are retained for up to 24 months unless a client relationship continues. Engagement records are kept for as long as required for tax, contractual, and professional purposes, typically five to seven years.

Sharing
