Refunds and rescheduling

These terms apply to paid engagements with Panel Alderway (Pty) Ltd for password policy rollout, staff guidance sessions, gap reviews, and manager briefing clinics. This site does not sell physical goods or software subscriptions.

Eligibility

Refunds depend on how far work has progressed and whether dates were reserved. Deposits secure calendar time for on-site sessions and clinics.

Timeframe to request

Refund requests should be emailed to hello@panel-alderway.click within 14 days of the invoice date or before the first scheduled on-site day, whichever comes first, unless a statement of work sets a different window.

Full refunds

A full refund applies if we cancel an engagement and cannot offer a reasonable alternative date, or if you cancel in writing before we begin discovery interviews and more than 10 business days before the first reserved session.

Partial refunds

If discovery or drafting has started, we refund fees minus a fair charge for hours already worked and non-refundable travel booked with your approval. Session-only bookings cancelled between 5 and 10 business days before the date may receive a 50% refund of that session fee.

Non-refundable items

Completed staff guidance sessions, completed manager clinics, and delivered gap-review memos are non-refundable. Custom printed materials already produced for your organisation are non-refundable once printed.

Deposits, no-shows, and work already started

Deposits for multi-week rollouts are credited to the final invoice. No-shows for booked sessions without 48 hours’ notice forfeit that session fee. Work already started — interviews held, drafts circulated — is billed proportionally even if the remaining rollout is paused.

Rescheduling

One complimentary reschedule is allowed with at least 5 business days’ notice, subject to facilitator availability. Further changes may incur a rescheduling fee stated in your quotation.

Process and timing

Email hello@panel-alderway.click with your invoice number and reason. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. We confirm in writing when the refund leaves our account.
